Refunds & returns
Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you are buying as a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Refunds are issued once the goods are received and inspected.
30-day returns
Beyond the statutory period we accept returns for 30 days from delivery on parts that are:
- Unused, unfitted and unpainted
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of order (your order number or confirmation email)
Non-faulty returns are subject to a flat 10% restocking fee. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Large panels — special-order items
Large panels (bonnets, door shells, complete bumpers and other oversized parts) are special-order items and are non-returnable once ordered, unless the wrong item was delivered (our error). Please check fitment carefully before placing your order — we offer a free fitment check on your registration or VIN.
If we agree to accept a return of a large panel at our discretion, a restocking fee of 30–50% of the item value will apply depending on the item, plus the customer is responsible for return courier costs on a suitable large-item service.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order on delivery, especially large panels. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including postage at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email eparts@razoryn.co.uk or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and a reference number. Unreferenced returns cannot be matched to your order and will delay your refund.
Refunds
Once the part is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.
Aftermarket & graded parts
Our parts are brand-new aftermarket items built to original-equipment specification unless stated otherwise — they are not OEM or genuine manufacturer parts. Graded and bargain items are sold as described, with the stated cosmetic defects shown in the photographs. Fitment is the buyer's responsibility — we offer a free fitment check on your registration or VIN before you order.
