Ordered the wrong part, or changed your mind? No problem — we offer 30-day returns on all unused parts.
Return conditions
- Parts must be unused, unfitted and unpainted, in their original packaging
- You have 30 days from the day you receive your order
- Non-faulty returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Return postage for non-faulty items is paid by the customer — large panels must go back on a suitable large-item courier
Faulty or damaged on arrival?
Check your part as soon as it arrives — especially large panels. If anything is damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the part and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund including postage, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email eparts@razoryn.co.uk or use the contact form with your order number and the reason for return
- We'll confirm the return and give you the return address and reference
- Pack the part securely in its original packaging and send it back
Please don't send anything back without contacting us first — unreferenced returns can't be matched to your order and will delay your refund.
When you'll get your money
Once the part arrives back and passes inspection, we process your refund within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
Avoid returns altogether
Send us your vehicle registration before you order and we'll confirm the exact part fits — free. Ask for a fitment check.
