What to bring

• Proof of order — your order confirmation email or receipt (on your phone is fine)
• Photo ID matching the order name if paying-by-card verification is needed

Orders without proof of order cannot be released.

Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm
Saturday: 10am–1pm
Sunday & bank holidays: closed (collections by prior arrangement only)
